One Man Two Votes

Democracy is "one man one vote"I hear you say, but, is it? In any union of states ie. USA federal republic of Germany etc.,there is one vote for reserved (federal) matters and one for devolved (state) matters and this is the norm in Scotland and Wales. England is the only Major country, within a union, not to have it's own Legislature and that cannot continue. It is time for an " English Alliance " of all English Electors to come together to campaign for an English Parliament. An alliance that is neither left nor right but Democratic. Democracy: the objective of all right thinking men. Patriotism: the last refuge of scoundrels. which side are you on?
